Before joining Chartwell Law, Randi founded an intellectual property firm where she partnered closely with creative entrepreneurs on brand development and IP transactions and represented clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeals Board.

She began her career as an artist and graphic designer, an experience that continues to shape her business-minded and brand-aware approach to intellectual property. A former Division I volleyball player, Randi brings the same discipline, preparation, and focus to her legal work.
